Admittance Conditions
In order to facilitate your admittance, our establishment suggests that you prepare, several days in advance, the admission and caretaking procedures necessary.
The day you come for these procedures, bring all documents necessary for your situation.
When admitted, you may be asked a deposit only for the charges incumbent to you once public and private health-insurance contributions have been deducted, where the case may be.
Some information about you, obtained from medical documents, are recorded on a computer. The 17th of January 1978 and 31st of July 1991 laws give you the right to ask for administrative data concerning you from your doctor.
Your hospital medical file may be sent to the doctor of your choice, according to the stipulations of the 10th of March 1992 decree.
Your family may be informed of the state of your health, unless you explicitly refuse.
If you have legitimate reasons, and as long as you abide by item 26 of the 6th of January 1978 law, you may refuse for your personal information to be accessed and processed.
Such data are sent to the doctor in charge of medical information and are protected by medical confidentiality.
